With our quaint “ma and pa” atmosphere, Lanxang was founded in the hopes of serving authentic dishes straight from Laos and Thailand, the “land of a million elephants”. Family owned since 2004; we hope that you’ll leave your worries at the door, laugh with your friends and family over a hearty meal, leave with a smile on your face and a tummy full of home cooked food. Remember, “if it’s not spicy, it’s not good”. 
Secret Recipes
Our recipes have been handed down by generations in order to keep it’s authenticity, and “sssshh” we can’t tell you what they are because, well…it’s a secret.
Complex Flavors
Each dish prepared requires very specific and unique ingredients that are only found in specialty markets. When combined with skill, it makes for the most flavorful of dishes.

1. Spring Rolls (4)

and served with sweet and sour sauce.
2. Fresh Spring Rolls (3)
delicate rice paper wrapped around cucumber, carrot, lettuce, cilantro, and rice noodles; served with sweet & sour sauce. With shrimp or tofu.
3. Crab Wonton (8)
deep fried wontons stuffed with crab meat, vegetables, and cream 
cheese, served with sweet & sour sauce.

chicken marinated in coconut milk, special herbs and spices, 
served with peanut sauce.

6. Keng Som (Tom Yum)

galangal, lime leaves, onions, and green onions.

coconut milk soup with galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves, 
mushrooms, onions, green onions, and lime juice.
8. Tom Ginger
chicken ginger soup, with lemongrass, onions, green onions, 
and mushrooms in a clear chicken broth.

ground peanuts, and mixed with our special Lanxang dressing. 
11. Tum Mak Hoong (Papaya Salad)
shredded green papaya, tomatoes, thai chili, peanuts, 
fresh lime juice, and special sauce served with rice.
12. Larb
delightful selection of chopped meats seasoned and flavored with rice season powder, red onions, cilantro, chopped green onions, mint leaves, and mixed in a special lime sauce.
